what a week so far!

Monday, my first blog post for The Knot went live which was pretty exciting and to celebrate dinner was on the cards with some girlfriends. We headed to Love Surpreme which is a fantastic little pizza place on Oxford Street from 5-7pm weekdays you can get a pizza and glass of wine or beer for $19.90. Pretty good deal! If you are over that way and looking for a delicious dinner I would definitely suggest giving it a try.

If you want to follow my journey from proposal to honeymoon head over to The Knot to read all about my insight into planning a wedding.

Tuesday night Lewie and I headed to the official launch of "Strictly Confidential" by Roxy Jacenko of Sweaty Betty PR. If you haven't got this book, go out and get it right away. If you loved The Devil Wears Prada then "Strictly Confidential" is for you. A peak behind the scenes of the fast-paced world of PR, Roxy gives us a little taste and a lot of insight into the wild and wonderful world of Sydney's social scene and what it truly takes to run with the best in the world of PR. Head over to Sweaty Betty to purchase a copy or pick it up from retailers nationwide. You can also purchase your e-copy from Amazon. If you are anything like me, you'll keep reading it again and again!

Wednesday, I attended the 25th annual Cleo Bachelor of the Year judging panel lunch at Otto. Thanks so much to Roxy and the Sweaty Betty girls and Gemma from Cleo for the invitation. It was a fabulous day with amazing food, drinks (the Bellini was delicious), 200+ men to drool over in 'bachelor bible' and lovely ladies including Kate Waterhouse, Ros Reins, Casey Burgess, Zoe Balbi, Erika Heynatz, Maude Garrett, Laura Csortan, Rachel Gilbert, Laura Dundovic and Jesinta Campbell. I must not forget to mention the incredibly overflowing and rather heavy goody bag. Sweaty Betty do the best of the best and it was filled to the brim with amazing goodies from Schwarzkopf, Guess, V&C Cocktails, C Coconut Water and Thomas Sabo. Could I be any luckier? (Pics to come!)

Today it's back to the norm, flat out writing another blog post and putting the finishing touches in place for our engagement party this weekend followed by a birthday dinner and then crashing on the lounge for a little Law & Order marathon before getting up to do it all again!

Outfit of the day:

Dress: Zimmermann, Scarf: Louis Vuitton, Bag: Louis Vuitton, Leather Jacket: Graham & Spencer
